Privacy Policy for Esho Shikhi

InfiniteWorks Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides Esho Shikhi, a Bengali educational app designed for children to learn letters and numbers through tracing, voice guidance, picture-based activities, and progress-based lessons.

1. Information the app itself does not ask children to provide
Esho Shikhi does not require a child account or ask children to provide their name, email address, phone number, precise location, photos, camera data, microphone data, contacts, or other directly identifying information.
2. Learning progress stored on the device
Learning progress, completed lessons, unlock status, and certain app preferences are stored locally on the device. We do not operate a server account for this learning progress. Local data may be removed if the app is uninstalled, app storage is cleared, or progress is reset from within the app.
3. Advertising
The free version of Esho Shikhi may offer parent-controlled rewarded advertisements to unlock additional learning groups. We use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads for this purpose. The app is configured for child-directed ad treatment and a maximum ad content rating of G, and we do not intentionally enable personalized advertising for children.
Google Mobile Ads may process information needed to deliver, secure, measure, and improve ads, such as IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), app or ad interactions, diagnostic/performance information, and certain device or app identifiers. For child-directed ad requests, our integration is configured to apply Google’s child-directed protections.
4. Privacy / consent handling
We use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to handle applicable privacy requirements. Esho Shikhi is configured with the under-age-of-consent treatment so that consent requests intended for adults are not presented to children.
5. Premium purchase
Parents may choose a one-time Premium purchase to remove advertising-related unlocks and access the app without rewarded ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store a parent’s full payment-card details. The app may receive purchase status or entitlement information necessary to unlock Premium features.
6. Third-party services
Esho Shikhi may use the following Google services:
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK — rewarded advertising and related ad functionality.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — privacy and consent-status handling.
- Google Play Billing — processing and restoring the Premium purchase.
7. Children’s privacy
Esho Shikhi is designed with children in mind. We aim to minimize data collection and configure advertising services for child-directed treatment. We do not knowingly use the app to collect directly identifying personal information from children.
8. Data retention and deletion
Local learning data remains on the device until it is reset, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Data processed by Google services is handled according to Google’s applicable retention and deletion practices. Because Esho Shikhi does not provide child accounts or maintain a developer-operated user database, there is no remote Esho Shikhi account data for a child to delete.
9. Security
We use established platform and SDK mechanisms and aim to limit the data handled by the app. Third-party network communications are handled by the applicable Google services using their security protections.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made.

এসো শিখি শিশুদের বাংলা বর্ণ ও সংখ্যা শেখার একটি শিক্ষামূলক অ্যাপ। অ্যাপটি শিশুর নাম, ইমেইল, ফোন নম্বর, সঠিক অবস্থান, ছবি, ক্যামেরা বা মাইক্রোফোনের তথ্য চায় না। শেখার অগ্রগতি ডিভাইসেই সংরক্ষিত থাকে।
ফ্রি সংস্করণে অভিভাবকের অংশ থেকে পুরস্কারভিত্তিক বিজ্ঞাপন দেখা যেতে পারে। বিজ্ঞাপন ব্যবস্থা শিশুদের উপযোগী/child-directed সেটিংসে কনফিগার করা হয়েছে। Premium কিনলে বিজ্ঞাপনভিত্তিক আনলক আর প্রয়োজন হয় না।
